In GROOVE we K.I.S.S. (keep it super simple). GROOVE is a unique and creative group dance experience. It is FUN, surprisingly SIMPLE, and super interactive. GROOVE is designed to foster CREATIVITY and CONNECTION with yourself and others. GROOVE Truths: 1. Your way is the right way, when you do it your way, you can't get it wrong. 2. Nobody cares what you look like dancing and if they do it's their problem. 3. You are UNIQUE, you should look different, so don't copy anyone else. 4. No one can do it for you. 5. None of this works unless you put it into practice. Use the GROOVE experience to fall in love with you again!
